Vuk Vuković will participate in the FinTech panel discussion at this year's Digital Takeover. Along with the open banking as an emerging banking trend, come also, what the foreign markets call it, “FinTech disruptors” and numerous FinTech opportunities. In addition to providing various solutions, we can also see that this trend is arousing a great interest among Croatian start-ups and other companies. As a response to the emergence of these numerous local and global FinTech players, banks are offering and developing their own solutions, as it seems more important than ever to keep pace with the rapidly changing financial market in order to stay competitive.
What is happening at the moment and what can we expect in the future in the field of FinTech (both in Croatia and globally)? When it comes to Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD2), what was before it and what will happen after it? What is the future of financial advisory tools? Could we be expecting a personal banker or a consultant on the screen of our mobile phones or smartwatches? And what about the end users: are they protected in the new financial age? Vuk and the other panelists will provide answers to these and many other questions at this year's Digital Takeover.
