Jasmina Ranilović

PhD, Scientific associate

Jasmina Ranilovic has over 26 years of experience in quality control, regulatory affairs, research and development, in operational and managerial positions in the food industry. He is a food engineer by profession, and holds a PhD in nutrition in 2008. Since 2009 participate as an external associate at the Faculty of Food and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, in the study of Nutrition, whereas 2016 was elected to Research Associate.

Since 2012 she has been working as the director of the Podravka Research and Development sector.

Her interests are focused on research and innovation in the application of new/advanced technologies in food production, sustainable development and consumer behavior. He continuously publishes scientific and professional papers in the field.
