Ana Zovko is the Chief Digital Officer at Croatia Osiguranje, where she manages projects aimed at digital business transformation and enhancing the customer experience, and is also in charge of developing innovative digital solutions for clients.
She has built a successful career in the telecommunications sector, where she has made some remarkable accomplishments in the areas of digitization, marketing, strategy and human resources. While working at Hrvatski Telekom, she led the company's digitization and agile transformation projects, as well as projects concerning the development of telecommunications products and services. She implemented a new job evaluation model and performance management systems for employees, and participated in large-scale acquisitions conducted by Hrvatski Telekom.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, where she earned her Master's degree and obtained her MBA. She also holds a Master's degree in International Management and Marketing from the Leeds Metropolitan University.
