Dr. des. Natalia Wiechowski, a German Social Scientist and Doctor of Philosophy, is an award-winning keynote speaker and personal branding strategist. She has built a great foundation for her job thanks to 13 years of expertise in human society and social relationships.

She has been living in Dubai since 2008, and after having won excellence awards across the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), Natalia decided to quit her job and start from scratch.

Today she helps executives and entrepreneurs who want to stand out from the grey crowd – online and offline. She guides them in presenting themselves in an impressive way and in building an authentic, professional (online) image. Executives from prestigious organizations like IBM, Alshaya, National Bank of Fujeirah and Right Selection are just some of the people she has worked with.

She speaks at many public events such as S P Jain School of Global Management, Startup Weekend, Middlesex University and Global WIL Economic Forum. In her keynotes and workshops she combines profound knowledge and diverse experiences with a big portion of humor, so people in Dubai often call her The Middle East’s leading Edutainer.

In 2017, the Gulf Cooperative Countries, a political and economic union of the Arab States (GCC), named her one of the GCC’s Women Leaders in 2017, and she has also won multiple awards at Toastmasters International speech contests.

She will talk about fears, misconceptions and challenges her clients are facing on social networks and explain why there is a gap and misunderstanding in communication between two generations: Baby Boomers and Millennials.
